Meet Tracy

Tracy LaBrecque Davis knows how to craft a strategic vision and see it through to reality. Over the course of her career, she’s proven it in the most demanding environments. From her role in the White House as Deputy Social Secretary where she produced hundreds of events on the world stage, to being a key member of the management team that launched Time Inc.’s successful lifestyle magazine Real Simple Tracy’s leadership and public relations talent has been tested and proven. With extensive experience across a broad array of client categories, including government, publishing, education, non-profit, beauty, fashion, entertainment, advertising and crisis communications - today, Tracy Davis applies her skills on behalf of her exclusive clients base.

Prior to establishing her own firm, Tracy worked with of a wide range of educational and non-profit institutions in Boston, designing communication and public relations campaigns to assist them in promoting their initiatives and mission while raising three little boys in the city.

This followed her tenure in publishing in New York City were she first served as Director of Corporate Communications and Media Relations for Scholastic, Inc. It was here that Tracy planned and executed strategic media relations and corporate communications campaigns for a broad range of education initiatives, community, and government relations programs, including the Harry Potter book series, the National Scholastic Art and Writing Awards, the National Endowment for the Arts and Humanities, the Robin Hood Foundation and the NBA. Then as the Director of Public Affairs and Media Relations at Real Simple she oversaw all public relations for the publication, including outreach to trade, business and consumer media, coordination of event press, promotional partnerships, and integrated marketing for the new magazine.

Tracy also spent time between New York and Los Angeles where she managed an extensive roster of celebrity spokespersons representing the various Revlon cosmetic brands, including advertising shoots, media relations, special events, communications, and community relations ranging from Revlon Run/Walk for Women, the Fire & Ice Ball to benefit the Entertainment Industry Foundation, as well as the Academy Awards.

During the Clinton administration, Tracy served as Deputy Social Secretary to the President and First Lady of the United States for five years. In this capacity, she assisted in the development, management, execution, and protocol of all events, official and private, occurring in, or on the grounds of, the White House. Tracy was also a key member of the creative team responsible for White House special projects and entertainment, as well as managed all press inquiries for the office of the Social Secretary.

Tracy began her career in public relations as a Media Relations Manager at Bloomingdales flagship store in New York City after receiving her Bachelor of Arts from Boston University and hasn’t stop running since....

Tracy now lives on the North Shore of Boston with her family where she continues to lend her time, expertise and resources to a number of charities throughout the community.
